After the loss of a loved one, you can contact us at any time. We are available by phone or in person to answer your initial questions and discuss the next steps.

2. Transfer and provision

We take care of transferring the deceased from the place of death to the funeral home and ensuring their professional care and storage.

3. Planning the funeral

Together with you we will discuss your wishes regarding the type of burial (earth burial, cremation, urn burial, etc.), the date, the location and the design of the funeral service.

4. Organization and formalities

We take care of all necessary official procedures, ensure the issuance of death certificates and handle other formalities so that you are relieved of the burden.

5. Planning the funeral service

Upon request, we will organize the funeral service, including speakers, music, floral arrangements and other personal elements that will make the farewell individual.

6. Burial and aftercare

On the day of the funeral, we will accompany you and your relatives and will also be available afterwards for questions and bereavement support.
